How do I schedule a tour?
You can schedule a tour by filling out our contact form above and selecting "Schedule a Tour" as your subject. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time.
What amenities are available?
We offer high-speed WiFi, printing services, coffee & tea, phone booths, meeting rooms, storage lockers, and access to community events. Premium members get additional perks. Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Private office members have 24/7 access.
Do you offer corporate packages?
Yes! We have special corporate packages for teams of 5 or more. Contact us to discuss custom pricing and dedicated support options for your organization.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have dedicated parking spaces for members. Day pass holders can use street parking or nearby public parking garages.
What kind of space is Nexspace?
Nexspace is a shared space designed for content creators, freelancers, and small to medium enterprises! We combine office work, podcast recording studio, and showcase wall, allowing creativity, inspiration, and collaboration to naturally happen in daily life!
How is Nexspace different from regular business centers?
Nexspace is not just an office space, but a creative community for creators! Besides comfortable shared working environment, we have a podcast recording studio for content creators to professionally record shows, interviews, and video content. We also created the Nexspace Showcase wall, allowing members' products, brands, and ideas to be seen and shared in the space!
Can I showcase my products?
Of course! Members and partners can participate in quarterly showcase projects. We will assist with exhibition setup and promotional exposure, helping your brand reach more people and connect with other creators!
How to use the podcast recording studio?
You can book time slots online or become a member to enjoy free hours. The recording studio is equipped with microphones, mixers, and adjustable lighting, perfect for recording shows, interviews, or video content production!
How flexible are shared seat rentals and usage?
Very flexible! Shared seats can be rented daily, monthly, or yearly. We hope every creator can use the space in the most flexible way!
I'm not a creator, can I still use Nexspace?
Yes! As long as you need a focused and inspiring workspace, whether you're a consultant, marketer, entrepreneur, or student, you can use it comfortably! Here, everyone can find their own "Next Space"!
Where is your business center located? Is transportation convenient?
Nexspace is located within 3 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station M8 exit and National Taiwan University Hospital Station exit 4, in the core area of Taipei city center with three railway systems - MRT, high-speed rail, and regular rail, all accessible by bus. Whether you're traveling from north, central, or south, visiting clients from out of town, or need to meet or send packages, it's very convenient!
I only need to register a company address, not office space, is that possible?
Yes! Our "Address Registration Plan" is designed for early-stage startups, SOHO workers, and overseas companies, providing legal company registration and mail forwarding services, allowing you to start your business at low cost!
