3. Equipment & Facilities: Access to basic office amenities and the pantry is included. Printing and copying services are available for an additional fee based on actual usage.

4. Entry & Exit Policy: Each day pass is valid for one person only and is non-transferable. Sharing is not permitted. Please remember to take all personal belongings and return the seat to its original condition when leaving.

5. Space Etiquette: To ensure a comfortable working environment for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum and maintain cleanliness throughout the space.
